ABOUT ERICA

Erica is an award winning and BAFTA- nominated documentary director and producer, with over 15 years of experience making films that give people a voice. She has filmed and directed documentaries for both major UK and US broadcasters, including the BBC, ITV, STARZ, Channel 4 and HBO.

she is now focussing on directing big singles, series and executive producing.

She most recently directed and filmed ‘AL FAYED: PREDATOR AT HARRODS’ which aired on the BBC in September 2024. She was involved in the extensive press coverage and the film won Scoop of the Year at the RTS Awards.

In 2022, Erica finished series directing a three-part series on
GHISLAINE MAXWELL for C4/ Starz – which was shortlisted for the Rose d’Or Awards in Documentary.

Her film ‘SAUDI WOMEN’S DRIVING SCHOOL’ premiered on HBO on 24th October 2019 and is available on Amazon Prime. Named as one of 17 inspiring films to watch on International Women’s Day 2022.

She has also worked with hollywood actress Keira Knightley as she explored her family history (C4) and rewrote the history of women in advertising in ‘Mad Women’ (C4).

Her latest BBC feature-length documentary is due out december 2025.
